The mild Southern California weather allows us to take the party outdoors year round. At this water’s edge home, we added on a covered outdoor space that seems as much indoors as it is out. With a builtin outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace, outdoor TV and generous bar seating make this space an outdoor party waiting to happen.

What makes this space even sweeter is the ability to open the existing indoor space into this new outdoor space in a seamless manner. Zawalski Construction added NanaWall bifold doors on two walls completely opening the home to the outdoors.

Adding a new outdoor room to this home was not the end of this job. Zawalski Construction was asked to add more quality finishes to this home’s interior space. Modern tension cable railing on the stairway, granite accents on the new fireplace and bathroom counters, custom bathroom cabinetry and other quality finishes have brought the whole interior space up to date and ready to live in.
