POLTORAK BACKYARD PATIO AND POOL

When the Poltorak family came to Zawalski Construction to remodel and reinvent the outside of their home, we approached the project as we do all of them – listen to the customer first and then put together a well thought out plan. The Poltorak family wanted to make the most of their outdoor spaces in both the front and back of their home.

The front of the house received a facelift with refinished walls, updated paint color and refreshed landscaping to match. The fresh look in the front is the perfect entry to what is a completely reinvented space in the back. The backyard transformed into an outdoor oasis that’s perfect for entertaining day and night.

The new pool and spa were designed with a custom rock water feature at one end, multicolored LED pool lighting and custom decking treatments. When not in the pool, the outdoor fireplace, built in barbecue and outdoor kitchen make the most of outdoor living in Southern California.
